Hollie Guard Extra was developed in response to the growing need for proactive, tech-powered protection for individuals at risk of domestic abuse, stalking, and gender-based violence. By integrating advanced features like real-time monitoring, evidence capture, and journey tracking, the app ensures that users are never alone when they need help most.
What This Means for TSB Customers
TSB customers who sign up for Hollie Guard Extra will receive:

24/7 access to a police-approved monitoring centre that assesses alerts in real time

Automatic audio and video evidence capture during incidents

Location tracking during commutes or vulnerable moments

Critical features such as Duress PINs, Meeting Timers, and Stealth Mode
In a moment of danger, shaking your phone can activate an alert, sending your location and evidence to trusted contacts and our trained response team—who will escalate to the police if needed.
