Is the app free to use?
Yes! We will always have a free version of our app to support the fight against violence towards women and girls. We do offer an upgrade within the app to Hollie Guard Extra, this gives you 24/7 protection from a police-approved monitoring centre based in the UK.
How do I access the app?
To access the Hollie Guard app, you have two options:
- Email and password login:
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select the “login” button.
- Provide your chosen password.
- Click the “login” button.
Alternatively, if you prefer using your mobile number:
2. Mobile number and pin login:
- Simply select the “Login with phone instead” button located beneath the login button.
- Enter your country calling code.
- Input your mobile number (excluding the (0)).
- Click the “login” button.
- Enter the 4-digit pin code you’ve set up.
- Press the “login” button.
How is the app funded?
Hollie Guard is funded through the Hollie Gazzard Trust, which means any money made through upgrading to Hollie Guard Extra goes directly to the Trust and helps support the reduction in violence towards women and girls.
How do I raise an Alert?
If you have an emergency, hold that button down for five seconds to raise an Alert.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Of course. You can use the free version forever or purchase a monthly or yearly subscription. Once the subscription expires you will be moved back to the free package.
Is my location always being shared?
No – you can pick and choose what is shared within the app. Your privacy is our priority. We only use your location data when you raise an Alert or share Journey details, and this data is only available to your choosen Emergency Contacts or the 24/7 police-approved monitoring centre if you are a Hollie Guard Extra customer. We will never share data with 3rd party companies.
Can I use Hollie Guard for my organisation?
We have designed Hollie Guard Extra and our organisation packages specifically to meet the needs of professional organisations. Get in touch to discuss your options.
How do I change my 4-digit PIN code?
To update your 4-digit PIN code, follow these simple steps:

Log into the Hollie Guard app using your current PIN and mobile number.

Look for the application menu, represented by three horizontal lines at the top left corner.

Scroll down the menu until you see “Change Login Details” under the “Account” section.

Click on “Reset PIN.”

Enter your desired new PIN code and select “Save and Continue.” You will be asked to confirm your new PIN.

Once you’ve completed the process, your PIN will be successfully updated. You can now log in using your new 4-digit code.
That’s it! Updating your PIN is quick and easy, ensuring a secure login experience on the HollieGuard app.
