Together with Salesforce, Partners and Policing, we are working to integrate cutting edge technology, real time insights, and actionable data to transform how commissioners can address underreported crimes such as domestic abuse, stalking, harassment, and anti social behaviour.

Smarter Data, Safer Communities
This partnership project aims to bridge critical data gaps by combining insights from Hollie Guard’s advanced safety app with police data and other community sources. Our goal is to provide PCCs with a dynamic platform that goes beyond numbers – empowering them with actionable intelligence to highlight emerging trends, identifies vulnerable groups, and ensures resources and funding are deployed where needed most.
Through this collaboration, PCCs will gain access to user-friendly dashboards that:
- Visualise Hidden Harm: Map incidents and trends to uncover patterns in community safety.
- Enable Proactive Decision-Making: Spot early warning signs of escalation, allowing targeted interventions.
- Strengthen Accountability: Use data-driven insights to hold policing to account while fostering collaboration with local partners.
Full Turnkey Solution
As Hollie Guard is a mobile app with a cloud infrastructure supporting it, there are no requirements, unlike traditional panic devices, for any installation or additional hardware. This means that there are no hidden or extra costs for providing a personal safety service that works anywhere and on the user’s own smartphone.

A Broader Data Vision
While Hollie Guard data is central to the initial pilot, the project’s long term vision extends into integrating data from other community and third-sector organisations. This includes insights from charities, social services, and health partners, creating a more comprehensive picture of community safety.
Working closely with PCCs and the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC), we are exploring how these tools can support broader PCC responsibilities. By enabling a more data driven approach, this project has the potential to:
- Inform Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Ensure public funds are directed to areas of greatest need.
- Track Progress Against Strategic Goals: Measure performance across priorities such as crime reduction, public engagement, and victim support.
- Enhance Public Trust and Transparency: Share clear, actionable outcomes with communities to build confidence in local leadership.
This expansion will create a vital tool for PCC offices, transforming decision-making processes and supporting smarter, more effective governance.

Hollie Guard takes personal safety seriously…
Alert
By simply holding down the hexagon button for 3-6 seconds, this sets off an alert and activates the phone’s camera, sending a message and recording to the your pre-defined emergency contacts. With Hollie Guard Extra, these Alerts are sent to a 24/7 police-approved monitoring centre too.
Meeting Timer
The Meeting Timer allows users to feel safe when going into a potentially dangerous meeting or performing a dangerous task. A user set timer will countdown until deactivated meaning the user has to mark themselves as safe, otherwise raising an alert.
Evidence Gathering
When raising an Alert, Hollie Guard can automatically start your smartphone’s camera and microphone to capture real-time evidence of the situation around you. Your emergency contacts can access this evidence real-time, as well as being saved in the cloud for later use.
Journey
Journey allows your users to set a start and end point. The app then automatically monitors your journey and alerts your nominated contacts and once you safely arrive or trigger an Alert.
Privacy
Choose when and when not to share your location. Our smart phone app makes it clear when the app can access your location in times of need. Control what and when you share your data.
