iPhone (iOS 6 and newer), Android (4.0 and newer) and Windows Phone (8 and newer) all work with this app.
You’ll need 4G, 3G, GPRS or a WiFi connection to login and start a session. However, once you leave a data coverage area, the app will store information locally on your phone and upload to the cloud when you have coverage again.
Registering your account
It’s recommended that you register your account on mobile. However, it is possible to register on both mobile and desktop:
If you’re registering your account on a desktop
You should have received an email containing a link to register. Click on the link and let us take you through the registration process.
- Fill in your phone number (and country code) and date of birth. Please make sure you fill in this section fully as we use this information within the app.
We use your date of birth as your PIN code and your mobile number is needed to call and text you with alerts and messages.
- Click ‘next’. You will notice the username box has been auto-populated with your email address. This will be your username moving forward.
- Enter a password.
Your password must contain a minimum of 10 characters, including one special character (eg: &@*), one number and one uppercase character.
- You will then be sent a text with a link to download the app.
Where to find your app
Your app will appear on your homescreen alongside your other apps.
What to do if you delete the app
If you delete the app and want to re-download it, go back to the original email or SMS you received when you signed up and click the link.
