Creating An Account

You'll need to have an active account to login into your app and make use of all the powerful features. This article covers off all the aspects of creating your account

App compatibility

iPhone (iOS 6 and newer), Android (4.0 and newer) and Windows Phone (8 and newer) all work with this app. 
 

Data connection

You’ll need 4G, 3G, GPRS or a WiFi connection to login and start a session. However, once you leave a data coverage area, the app will store information locally on your phone and upload to the cloud when you have coverage again. 
 

Registering your account

It’s recommended that you register your account on mobile. However, it is possible to register on both mobile and desktop:
 

If you’re registering an account on mobile:

You should have received a SMS text message containing a link to register. Click on the link and let us take you through the registration process. 

  • Fill in your first name, last name, date of birth, email address and phone number (including country code). Please make sure you fill in this section fully and correctly as we use this information within the app. Remember, the number will not work if the country code isn’t added correctly.

NB: We use your date of birth as your PIN code, your email address is your username and your mobile number is needed to call and text you with alerts and messages. 

  • Click ‘next’ and enter a password. 

Your password must contain a minimum of 10 characters, including one special character (eg: &@*), one number and one uppercase character. 

  • After reading and agreeing to the privacy policy, click next. You will then be asked to add an emergency contact. You can find out more about what your emergency contact is used for here.
     

If you’re registering your account on a desktop

You should have received an email containing a link to register. Click on the link and let us take you through the registration process. 

  • Fill in your phone number (and country code) and date of birth. Please make sure you fill in this section fully as we use this information within the app.

We use your date of birth as your PIN code and your mobile number is needed to call and text you with alerts and messages. 

  • Click ‘next’. You will notice the username box has been auto-populated with your email address. This will be your username moving forward. 
  • Enter a password. 

Your password must contain a minimum of 10 characters, including one special character (eg: &@*), one number and one uppercase character. 

  • Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy and press ‘complete’. 
  • You will then be sent a text with a link to download the app. 
     

Where to find your app

Your app will appear on your homescreen alongside your other apps. 
 

What to do if you delete the app

If you delete the app and want to re-download it, go back to the original email or SMS you received when you signed up and click the link.
